Organization of training in the project “CZAS NA ZAWODOWCÓW” implemented under the Lubelskie 2021–2027 European Funds programme

Summary

The tender concerns organizing a training in the project “CZAS NA ZAWODOWCÓW” implemented by the Ordering Party within the Lubelskie 2021–2027 European Funds programme. The Contractor will conduct an Orthophotography (Ortofotomapy) training for 16 students (two groups), totaling 32 hours of instruction. The theoretical part covers photogrammetry basics, aerotriangulation, orthorectification, data acquisition tools (flight platforms, sensors, lenses), flight planning, lighting, ground sampling distance (GSD), image coverage, merging multiple missions, planning of stations, and safety; georeferencing and coordinate systems used in Poland; practical planning of survey networks; RTK/PPK techniques; and the process of creating an orthophotomap using Pix4D/Agisoft including data processing and accuracy checks. After training, certificates are issued. The training takes place at Zespół Szkół Budowlanych i Geodezyjnych in Chełm (ul. Stefana Batorego 1); the period runs from contract signing to 31 December 2026; sessions occur Monday–Friday and Saturdays from 8:00 to 20:00, according to a detailed schedule confirmed by the Ordering Party. Training rooms and equipment are provided by the Ordering Party; mixing of student groups with teachers is not allowed. The Contractor must provide training materials beforehand, collect confirmations of receipt, maintain attendance lists, inform the Ordering Party of schedule changes and any irregularities, maintain a diary of classes, and mark the training room as required.
