Training, Workshops and Advisory Services under the project 'Modern and Accessible Working Environment at TARR S.A.'

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of training, workshops and advisory services under the project 'Modern and Accessible Working Environment at TARR S.A.', funded by the Podkarpacie Regional Programme of the European Funds for Podkarpacie 2021-2027, under Priority 7 'Human Capital Ready for Change', Action 7.8. The contract includes: Task 1 (leadership training and advisory activities) with two 8-hour trainings (16 hours), two 3-hour advisory sessions (6 hours), and four employee workshops (32 hours); Task 2 (employee and management training) for 12 participants as a single 8-hour session; and electronic educational materials (e-book, infographics). Trainers must have appropriate education and experience (minimum 2 years on a fixed-term contract or 500 hours on civil-law contracts; or at least 3–4 years of experience as trainers/coaches in labor-market or business environments such as PUP, WUP, OHP). The contract duration is up to 75 days from the signing date, with a possible extension up to 1 month in justified cases. The award criteria are: price/total price (60%), trainer experience (35%), and a social clause (5%).
