Modernization of the S5 sound control room at Radio Kraków Studio in liquidation – Stage II

Summary

The tender concerns the modernization of the electroacoustic sound control room Studio S5 at Radio Kraków SA in liquidation (Stage II). The contractor shall supply and install all equipment and perform commissioning as per the project, including TP connections, connection panels, signal and power connectors for the active loudspeaker system, cables, a complete 2RT4 distribution board, a KVM system, and LAN patching. Installation covers signal, speaker, coaxial and LAN lines and the power distribution system. Final electrical measurements and measurement protocols will be prepared; as-built documentation (catalogs/technical sheets, warranties) will be delivered. The contractor must ensure coordination with other construction and installation works, appoint an acoustics/electroacoustics specialist, and provide a two-month completion period from contract signing, not later than 20 January 2027. The fixed price includes all costs, including VAT, and payment is due 21 days after receipt of a correct invoice.
