Supply, installation and maintenance of an intelligent management system for Librilla’s street-cleaning fleet (Vertical 9, SmartRegion)

Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation and maintenance of an intelligent GPS and advanced telematics management system for Librilla’s street-cleaning vehicle fleet under SmartRegion Vertical 9. The solution must include five sensor units: two advanced DRACO MOBILE or equivalent terminals, one MICODRACO or equivalent telemetry unit for a mechanical sweeper, and two PICODRACO or equivalent compact asset trackers. It must integrate with the regional SmartRegion and FIWARE architecture, use NGSI v2 or NGSI-LD data standards, MQTT or HTTP communication, IoT agents compatible with Orion Context Broker, and TLS/SSL security.
