Street lighting maintenance and replacement works

Summary

The tender concerns the maintenance and replacement of street and area lighting equipment owned by the Muhos municipality. The contractor will organize the execution of works, site services, procurement of materials and site management. The Muhos municipality will select a contractor to provide these services under a contract. The contract period will start no earlier than 1 January 2027 and end on 31 December 2027. The contract will apply the General Conditions of Construction Contracts YSE 1998 RT 16-10660; if conditions are updated, the latest edition applies. The contract includes a bilateral option for 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2029. The use of the option will be decided jointly with the contractor and must be approved by both parties. Not exercising the option must be based on price, delivery reliability or other verifiable factors.
