Market dialogue: vocational coaching for a young person receiving rehabilitation support

Summary

This is a market dialogue and request for information, not a call for tenders or a contract notice. The Finnish Social Insurance Institution is preparing a 2026 procurement for an individual vocational coaching service for 18–29-year-old people who receive rehabilitation support paid by the institution and have received it for less than two years. The service aims to support transition from rehabilitation support to studies, employment or other rehabilitation services. It would be delivered individually by a coach through face-to-face and remote sessions, including video meetings, online rehabilitation and network-based work. The future service is planned for Southern, Western, Eastern and Northern Finland, with each region divided into areas A and B. Responses to the market dialogue are voluntary and do not create an obligation to submit a future tender. The response deadline is 24 September 2026 at 10:00 UTC.
