This is a market consultation, not a contract notice or an invitation to submit a tender. The planned procurement concerns office and school supplies, but tenders cannot be submitted at this stage. Suppliers may submit questions, comments and observations on the draft future procurement through the Tarjouspalvelu.fi portal: by 24 September 2026 at 11:30 in the questions and answers section, or by 12:00 if submitting a separate attachment with the response. Responding does not bind a supplier to participate in any later procurement and does not provide an advantage in that procurement. The draft and dates may change, and the contracting authority may decide not to conduct the planned procurement.
