Market dialogue: Rehabilitation supporting lifestyle change

Summary

This is a market dialogue and request for information, not a call for tenders or a procurement notice. The Finnish Social Insurance Institution invites service providers and other interested parties to comment on a rehabilitation service planned for procurement in 2027. The planned multidisciplinary group rehabilitation would support 18–65-year-old clients with sleep apnoea or type 1 or type 2 diabetes. It would combine face-to-face rehabilitation at the provider’s premises with online rehabilitation and video consultations, aiming to support functional capacity, independent coping, participation, lifestyle change and peer support. Responses are due by 24 September 2026 at 10:00 UTC. Responding, or not responding, does not create an obligation to submit a future tender and is not a prerequisite or barrier to participating in the future competition.
