Renovation of stands and fencing at the La Alameda municipal football field

Summary

This procurement concerns the open simplified procedure for the renovation of stands and fencing at the La Alameda municipal football field in Dolores (Alicante). The works include site preparation and leveling, installation of an artificial ZA 0/20 base and a 5 cm hot asphalt pavement AC 16 Surf 50/70 S, installation of three rows of prefabricated concrete stands with stairs, handrails and welded mesh fencing, dismantling of existing fencing and door; closing the opening with a block wall; foundation and installation of a new corrugated steel sliding door; installation of 306 individual seats; waste management; health and safety measures; quality control, testing and final reception; measurement and payment. The contract is to be executed in two months (60 days) and carries a 12-month warranty. The base budget is 61,747.73 EUR (ex-VAT), VAT 12,967.02 EUR, total 74,714.75 EUR. Improvements are valued and paid separately as PEM. The award will be based on a combination of price, improvements and PEM.
