Waste tracking and reporting software

Summary

The purpose of this tender is to acquire waste tracking and reporting software for Saimaan Tukipalvelut Oy. The software shall enable recording and reporting for various waste categories, with a user-friendly interface for kitchens and the ability to view an at-a-glance overview as well as detailed data to monitor waste quantities. The contract will be awarded to a single supplier. The contract period is 24 months, after which it continues as a framework agreement unless the buyer indicates otherwise. The software must be in production use, accepted, and training completed by 31 December 2026.
