Supply of hardware and software for increasing cybersecurity at the Municipal Economy Plant in Kęsowo

Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation, implementation, configuration and commissioning of IT hardware, software and cybersecurity solutions for the Municipal Economy Plant in Kęsowo. The scope includes, among other items, 2 servers with system licences, a disk array, a NAS device, a tape library with cartridges, a UTM device, 2 managed switches, 2 Wi-Fi access points, a rack cabinet, a UPS device, 5 U2F keys, and antivirus, backup and infrastructure monitoring software. It also includes implementation of XDR/EDR, vulnerability management, DLP, central password management and SIEM solutions, installation of agents, as-built documentation, network penetration testing, a cybersecurity audit, and maintenance and engineering support. The contract must be completed by 15 December 2026. Tenders will be evaluated on price (90%) and warranty period (10%). The bidder must prove that it has completed at least two qualifying supplies during the last three years and must submit the required certificates or equivalent documents.
