Construction planning procurement (architectural services, construction management, LVIA)

Summary

Sansia Oy is launching a joint procurement for construction planning and engineering services, covering nine areas: ARK and PS architectural and lead engineering services; RAK structural design services; electrical engineering services; LVIA planning services; building health and indoor air investigations, asbestos and hazardous substance surveys, and moisture management; construction management consulting services; construction supervision services; LVIA expert services; electrical expert services. Bids may cover one or more lots. The framework agreement is planned to start around March 1, 2027 and will run for two years, with the possibility of two one-year extension periods.
