Market consultation: Preventive substance abuse services for schools

Summary

The City of Kauniainen is conducting a market consultation before potentially procuring preventive substance abuse services for Finnish- and Swedish-language comprehensive schools and upper secondary schools. The possible service package may include age-appropriate preventive work for pupils and students, preventive substance abuse events for guardians, training for teaching and other staff, and expert support for implementing and developing preventive work in schools. The services must be available in both Finnish and Swedish. Interested providers are asked to describe their organisation, expertise, services, target groups, bilingual delivery capability, comparable references and pricing model. Responses must be submitted through the electronic form by 8 October 2026. Participation does not constitute a tender offer, bind either party or guarantee a role in any later procurement.
