Conducting online training on using the functionalities of distance learning platforms

Summary

The tender concerns the organisation and delivery of online practical training for the teaching and teaching-and-research staff of Radomski University. The training covers effective use of modern communication and collaboration tools for remote and hybrid classes, teamwork, document sharing, teaching administration, student progress monitoring and basic data-security practices. The service consists of 3 groups of 10 participants, with 8 training hours per group, or 24 hours in total. It must be delivered online on working days between 8:00 and 16:00, within 30 days of signing the contract. The contractor must provide the training platform, real-time audio and video communication, chat, technical support, accessible electronic materials, attendance records, certificates, pre- and post-tests, participant questionnaires and an evaluation report. The tender does not allow partial bids. The bid deadline is 24 September 2026 at 11:00. No bid guarantee or performance security is required. Bids are evaluated on gross price, weighted at 60%, and the trainer’s additional experience, weighted at 40%. Additional trainer experience scores 20 points for more than 3 to 5 years, 30 points for more than 5 to 10 years and 40 points for more than 10 years. The bid must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement platform, in Polish, with the required electronic signature.
