This procurement concerns the purchase of an integrated financial management and planning system and related services for the needs of the South Ostrobothnia wellbeing region. The contract is divided into four main parts: (1) licenses/rights for the financial management and planning system; (2) system support and maintenance services within the defined scope; (3) additional specialist services for separately ordered tasks, such as further development and training; (4) delivery and deployment of the system, including data conversion and migration from the existing system and related support and maintenance.
