Summary

The procurement concerns an SR contract for the construction of residential buildings in Helsinki, Hermanni district, at Heka Hermanninranta Albumikatu 3, including full design (architectural, structural, LVIA, energy, base building, lifecycle, acoustics) and all construction works, as well as all LVIA and site works. The project consists of two separate apartment buildings and a courtyard and can be built in wooden or concrete frame; a concrete frame requires applying for a deviation decision, which the contractor is responsible for. The dwelling area is approximately 11,040 m2 and the commercial area approximately 55 m2. The contractor is responsible for all design. Construction is planned to start around 04/2028 and must start no later than 06/2028. The procurement is not divided into lots.
