Procurement of places in early childhood education and pre-primary education

Summary

The procurement concerns approximately 119 places in early childhood education and, where needed, pre-primary education with complementary early childhood education in the centre of Pargas municipality. The service is divided into two lots: Daycare A with 56 calculated places and Daycare B with 63 calculated places. A tender must cover both lots; tenders covering only one lot will be rejected as non-compliant. Depending on the stated capacity and the award model, a service provider may be awarded one or both lots. The planned contract period is from 1 August 2027 to 31 July 2029, with options for two additional one-year periods. The service will mainly be provided in Swedish. If bilingual provision is required, the provider must have sufficient staff and language skills to deliver it in practice. Possible additional resources, such as an assistant or a special education teacher in early childhood education, must be provided when ordered and agreed. Prices for such options are requested separately and do not affect the comparison price unless the procurement documents state otherwise. The tender deadline is 5 October 2026.
