Care for stray animals from the territory of Strawczyn Municipality in 2026

Summary

The procurement covers the capture, transport and care of stray dogs and cats from Strawczyn Municipality during 2026, including veterinary care, shelter, feeding, water, treatment, sterilisation or castration, adoption support and required reporting. The basic scope includes 4 dogs older than 6 months, 4 dogs up to 6 months, 5 cats and 2 procedures for euthanising and disposing of blind litters. The contracting authority may activate an optional scope of up to 100% of the basic scope if the number of reported stray animals exceeds the planned quantities. Services must be provided at a location no more than 30 km by public paved road from the contracting authority’s registered office. Animals must normally be captured within 6 hours of notification and, in justified urgent cases, within 2 hours. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 24 September 2026 at 00:00. Evaluation is based on gross price (60 points) and the response time for starting a capture operation (40 points).
