Occupational health psychologist services delivered through on-site appointments

Summary

Lappica Oy is procuring occupational health psychologist services from 1 January 2027 for its customers at Lappica’s offices. The procurement is divided into three lots: Lot 1 covers Kemijärvi and Salla with a total need of 0.2 FTE; Lot 2 covers Kemi, Simo, Tervola, Tornio and Ylitornio with 0.5 FTE; and Lot 3 covers Sodankylä, Ivalo, Utsjoki, Kittilä, Kolari, Muonio and Enontekiö with 0.5 FTE. The estimated full-time workload is 38 hours 15 minutes per week. The service may include on-site appointments, work-ability assessments and counselling, remote and telephone appointments conducted through Lappica’s arrangements, consultations and referrals, multidisciplinary teamwork, health examinations, workplace surveys, occupational health negotiations, occupational health cooperation, customer-organisation training and support for supervisors. Work may also involve visits to companies, for example for workplace surveys and occupational health cooperation. Evening, night and weekend reception work is not included, and remote work from outside the service premises is not permitted. The contract runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with an optional one-year extension at Lappica’s discretion. The estimated maximum procurement value is EUR 300,000 excluding VAT, and the stated quantities are estimates without a guaranteed purchase volume or exclusivity. Price is the only award criterion: the lowest price per 60-minute reception hour excluding VAT is selected for each lot. The ceiling price is EUR 160.00 per hour. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Finnish by 13 October 2026 at 12:00. The bidder must meet the professional, experience, registration, language, vaccination, reference, insurance, data-protection and tender-document requirements.
