Summary

The tender concerns the provision of Kotka City’s personnel and payroll services together with the supporting production-ready information systems as a comprehensive service. The selected service provider must deliver the outsourced payroll and personnel administration services and provide the necessary information systems as SaaS services. The services must comply with applicable legislation, national guidance and good accounting practice. If the tenderer uses system-provider subcontractors to deliver the SaaS services, they must be disclosed in the tender as required by the tender documents.
