Planning architect services for the City of Lohja 2026–2028

Summary

The tender concerns planning architect services for Lohja’s master plans, detailed plans and other land-use projects during 2026–2028. The work may include planning consultancy, preparation of planning materials, map design and drafting, explanatory statements, impact assessments, responses to comments, reference plans, planning frameworks, illustrative images and 3D reviews. Individual stages of the planning process may also be ordered on an hourly basis. A framework agreement will be concluded with two service providers for two years, with an option to extend it by one year.
