Invitation to market dialogue – parallel procurement of passenger transport and patient transfer services

Summary

The Wellbeing Services County of North Ostrobothnia is preparing the procurement of passenger transport services and non-urgent patient transfers to supplement previous procurements. The planned services include transport for persons with disabilities and social welfare clients, daytime and supplementary vehicle services, route transport, and non-urgent patient transfers by taxi and accessible vehicle. The services are planned to be procured through competitions conducted within a service provider register in several municipalities in the North Ostrobothnia region. This is not a contract notice or an invitation to tender. The market dialogue will take place on 11 September 2026 from 12:00 to 13:30 via Teams; no registration is required. Questions may be submitted until 9 September 2026. Participation does not oblige a service provider to submit a bid later, and no remuneration will be paid for participation.
