Supported housing services

Summary

The tender concerns supported housing services for adults in the Pirkanmaa wellbeing services county. The service helps clients live independently or transition to independent living and is provided in the client’s own home or in accommodation rented by the service provider. The service comprises support periods of up to 60 hours over a maximum six-month period, up to 6 hours per month for a maximum of 12 months, and approximately 10–12 hours per month based on an individual decision. The procurement is divided into seven geographical lots, with lot 7 included as an option. The contract period starts on 1 January 2027 and is indefinite; the estimated volume is approximately EUR 6 million per year, or an indicative EUR 24 million over four years. Order volumes depend on the contracting authority’s needs, and the contract includes no minimum purchase obligation. Tenders must be submitted by 29 September 2026 at 13:00.
