Summary

This is a prior information and market dialogue notice for the planned 2027 framework agreement for office and IT supplies. The anticipated scope covers archiving and storage products, first-aid supplies, ergonomic products, IT supplies, copy and printer paper, mailing supplies, office catering, cleaning and hygiene products, small office equipment and boards, tissue paper, printer consumables and workplace supplies. The framework may also include direct deliveries, replenishment services and related services such as storage of customers’ products. Hansel Oy expects to select several suppliers able to offer the full product range. Companies interested in participating in the market dialogue should register online by 30 October 2026 at 12:00 Finnish time. This notice does not request tenders; the content is preliminary and may change. The tender competition is planned to start in April 2027 and the framework agreement is intended to enter into force on 1 September 2027.
