Invitation to market dialogue / Kankaanpää medical services

Summary

This is a request for information and an invitation to market dialogue, not a contract notice or call for tenders. Satakunnan wellbeing services county is preparing to procure one provider for Kankaanpää medical services, covering both urgent and non-urgent general practitioner appointments. The planned service would supplement the buyer’s own operations and involve two doctors under a guaranteed-delivery arrangement. Services would normally be provided on weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00 at Kankaanpää health and social services centre, with possible changes to urgent-care opening hours and shifts during the contract period. The planned contract start is 1 February 2027. Companies joining the market dialogue should have relevant experience and provide a reference covering comparable weekday urgent and non-urgent services, guaranteed delivery, at least one full-time doctor working 40 hours per week, and a contract lasting at least two years. The reference must be from the last five years, with details of the clients, scope and timing submitted upon registration. The authority may change the final reference requirement.
