Summary

This is a prior information notice for a planned joint procurement of mental health and substance abuse services in 2027. The potential scope includes outpatient rehabilitation, day-centre services, social guidance, social rehabilitation, health counselling, remote services, long-term and temporary accommodation, 24-hour supported housing, community-based and supported housing, emergency accommodation, sobering-up services, housing coaching, inpatient rehabilitation, detoxification and withdrawal treatment, and other demanding inpatient services. The scope is still being refined. Hansel plans to publish the participation request at the end of November 2026, with the first internal competitions expected around the turn of 2026–2027. Participation in the market consultation is voluntary and does not affect the provider’s later opportunity to participate.
