Summary

The procurement concerns supported housing services for adults in the wellbeing services county of Pirkanmaa. The service provides individual social guidance and support for independent living, delivered either in the client’s own home or in accommodation rented by the service provider. The support periods include up to 60 hours over six months, up to six hours per month for up to 12 months, and approximately 10–12 hours per month according to an individual decision. The procurement is divided into seven geographical areas, including an optional area. The contract starts on 1 January 2027 and is valid indefinitely. The estimated value is approximately EUR 6 million per year, or EUR 24 million over four years, but the purchaser does not guarantee any minimum volume of orders.
