Residential substance abuse treatment services

Summary

The tender concerns residential substance abuse treatment services for the Kymenlaakso wellbeing services county. The services are divided into five lots: sobering-up and inpatient alcohol withdrawal treatment; inpatient withdrawal treatment for drugs and medicines; rehabilitative inpatient treatment for substance dependence; substance dependence rehabilitation under the Social Welfare Act; and family substance dependence rehabilitation under the Social Welfare Act. The target group consists of Kymenlaakso residents aged 18 and over and families. The service should provide a safe treatment and rehabilitation environment, including guidance, support, treatment and rehabilitation to promote abstinence and necessary follow-up care. The framework agreement procedure is open, and tenders must be submitted by 23 September 2026 at 09:00 UTC. The detailed service requirements are set out in the service description annex.
