Procurement of Property Management Services (Dynamic Purchasing System)

Summary

The procurement establishes a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for property management services for the contracting authority’s owned or leased premises in the Helsinki metropolitan area and the rescue service’s operating area: Vantaa, Kerava, Tuusula, Järvenpää, Pornainen, Mäntsälä, Hyvinkää and Nurmijärvi. Internal competitions may cover individual services or broader property management packages for one or more properties, including competitions separated by time or geography. Dozens of procurements are expected during the DPS term, with an estimated total value of approximately EUR 6.4 million excluding VAT; the contracting authority does not commit to any purchase volumes.
