Invitation to market dialogue: Installation, maintenance servicing and valuables transport services for parking ticket machines

Summary

This is a market dialogue for a planned service contract covering the installation, weekly servicing and maintenance of existing and potentially new parking ticket machines, as well as valuables transport for coin-operated machines 6–8 times per month. At the start of the contract period in 2027, approximately 327 machines are expected to be in use, including about 62 coin-operated machines. Companies interested in participating must register by 11 September 2026 at 12:00 by email to kymp.yllapitohankinnat@hel.fi, stating the participants’ names and email addresses. The market dialogue is conducted in Finnish, is confidential and non-binding, and participation is not a precondition for taking part in the later procurement.
