Winter maintenance of outdoor areas at Mikkeli Cathedral Parish properties

The procurement covers winter maintenance of outdoor areas at eight properties of Mikkeli Cathedral Parish during the winter seasons 2026–2027 and 2027–2028, with an option for 2028–2029. The services include machine and manual snow removal, gritting, removal of gritting material, compacted snow and slush removal, drainage-related work and opening stormwater drains. The contractor must inspect the sites, provide suitable and sufficiently effective equipment, mark ploughing and risk areas, and follow property-specific completion schedules.
