Preparation and assessment of general language examinations

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of tests for general language examinations, the assessment of test performances, and related coordination and support services. The service provider must be a university or another public body or entity with sufficient expertise in designing and assessing language examinations. Before the contract starts, the provider must have an information system for delivering the service, including an electronic test platform, and it must have interfaces for sharing data with the Finnish National Agency for Education.
