Fire Management Services Framework EM 06/26

Summary

The tender concerns the establishment of a multi-supplier framework agreement for fire management services across the entire business of Bord na Móna PLC. The framework is divided into three lots: 1) inspection, testing, preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, upgrading and certification of fire detection, emergency lighting and fire alarm systems, including 24/7 call-out and emergency response capability; 2) supply, installation, inspection, testing and maintenance of fire extinguishers, fire blankets, fire hose reels and hydrant systems, including refilling, replacement, disposal, asset tagging and tracking; and 3) servicing, installation, inspection and testing of sprinkler systems. The services must comply with applicable fire safety legislation, standards and good practice and cover operational environments including landfilling activities, bog operations and Edenderry Power Plant facilities. The estimated value is EUR 3,200,000 and the submission deadline is 28 September 2026.
