Launching a digital document management awareness and support programme for social organisations in Euskadi (Agiria Agerian)

Summary

The Basque Country’s Department of Welfare, Youth and Demographic Challenge is procuring a two-year service to launch a programme that builds awareness and capacity in digital document management among social organisations supporting people at risk of social exclusion. The service includes recruiting participating organisations, training their professionals, indirect technical and methodological support, accessible practical materials, and ongoing coordination, monitoring and impact evaluation. The contractor will not handle service users’ documents or carry out procedures on their behalf. The contract is not divided into lots and has a total budget of €180,000 including VAT.
