Summary

The Municipality of San Juan del Puerto is procuring cleaning services for municipal buildings, centres and facilities, together with the necessary cleaning equipment and products and the removal and disposal of waste generated at those sites. The service covers buildings in their entirety, including windows, façades, terraces, courtyards, access areas, paths, landscaped areas and sports grounds within the premises. The contract is a single lot, initially for 24 months, with an optional extension of up to a further 24 months; the initial budget is €467,581.99 excluding VAT.
