Summary

FIAP is procuring eight months of specialist technical assistance in El Salvador to prepare the environmental and social instruments required by the European Investment Bank’s financing programme for investment in electricity infrastructure. The six deliverables cover preparatory questionnaires and interview guides; stakeholder engagement and grievance mechanisms; final stakeholder engagement, environmental and social management, and resettlement policy frameworks; and non-technical summaries in Spanish. The estimated contract value is €59,000 excluding VAT.
