Capacity Development on Preventing Violent Extremism in the Digital Environment

Summary

GIZ is procuring a capacity-development programme in Iraq to help relevant state institutions prevent violent extremism in the digital environment. The assignment includes assessing participants’ needs, developing tailored learning materials, and delivering at least eight blended workshops for approximately 20 participants, including five in-person workshops in Baghdad, with mentoring and follow-up support. The work also includes monitoring and evaluating learning, handing over practical resources, and reporting over the period from November 2026 to October 2027.
