Urban Renewal Agency for the Holtenser Berg Redevelopment Area

Summary

The City of Göttingen is procuring an urban renewal agency for the Holtenser Berg redevelopment area. The agency will support the Social Cohesion funding programme and perform the statutory urban-renewal tasks, working in cooperation with a separate neighbourhood management service responsible for coordination, public participation, community activation, planning preparation, public relations and preparation of an integrated action plan. The services are scheduled from 4 January 2027 to approximately 30 December 2041, with a possible extension depending on the duration of the federal-state programme and subject to funding approval. Annual pricing covers project management and project staff, including trust-account bookkeeping.
