Summary

SADECO is procuring an integrated fixed and mobile telephony, data connectivity, internet access and telecommunications infrastructure service, together with telephone equipment and accessories. The scope includes a unified cloud-based voice platform, corporate data links connecting three main sites, 23 type B sites and one type C site, corporate internet access with backup, call-centre and messaging services, M2M connectivity, installation, migration, maintenance and support. Estimated supplies include mobile voice and data lines for approximately 850 users and a device allowance covering 3 high-end iOS, 35 high-end Android, 60 advanced Android and 350 rugged smartphones. The single contract has no lots, runs for four years with a possible one-year extension, and has a base tender budget of €1,234,416.80 excluding VAT.
