Summary

The tender is for the provision of mobile and fixed telephone services, SMS, data communications and internet to the local health unit in the Aveiro region for 36 months. It is a single-lot procurement with a maximum estimated value of EUR 300,000 excluding VAT. Price is the sole award criterion, and the total tender price must not exceed that limit. The proposal must be submitted electronically by 28 October 2026 at 17:00, in Portuguese or with a duly legalised translation, and remain valid for at least 66 days. The submission must include, among other items, the European Single Procurement Document, the completed response form, the proposed solution, evidence of compliance with the technical specifications, an implementation schedule for the services, proof of the required operating licence and evidence of the company representatives’ authority.
