Provision of fixed-line telephony services with rental of a telephone exchange and telephone sets

Summary

The General Directorate for Environmental Protection is procuring an integrated fixed-line telephony service for 24 months from 1 January 2027, including the telephone exchange and rental, installation and configuration of 223 VoIP handsets, of which 23 have enhanced functionality. The service will cover 223 existing telephone numbers and include access to fixed-line calling; an option allows for up to 27 additional numbers and handsets. The procurement is not divided into lots.
