Centralised and Automated Identity Lifecycle Management Service for MAZ

Summary

MAZ is procuring the design, development, implementation and launch of a corporate platform to manage and automate the technical identity lifecycle of its employees, interns, suppliers and external IT personnel. Phase 1 covers user onboarding, changes, offboarding and lateral moves; user profiles, roles, permissions, licences and access; approval workflows, notifications, audit trails and integration with the specified Microsoft environment and technical systems. Analysis, testing, training, post-launch support and knowledge transfer are included. The contract runs for one year, has no lots and has a maximum tender budget of €85,000 excluding VAT.
