Support and maintenance services for the Canary Islands Continuous Electronic Prescription System (REC-SCS)

Summary

The Canary Islands Health Service is procuring 36 months of level 2 and 3 support, comprehensive maintenance, integration and development for its Continuous Electronic Prescription System (REC-SCS), with a possible 24-month extension. The service covers prescription and dispensing applications used in primary and hospital care, interoperable Spanish and European e-prescriptions, and related applications such as pharmacy portals, the paediatric calculator and the medical supplies dispensing portal. First-level user support and maintenance of workplace hardware, base software and data communications are outside the scope.
