Rental and installation of infrastructure for Guadalajara’s Christmas and Three Kings events 2026/2027

Summary

The City Council of Guadalajara is procuring the rental, installation, maintenance, transport and removal of infrastructure for its Christmas and Three Kings events in 2026/2027, under a single contract with no lots. The scope includes marquees, stages and platforms, wooden and pedestrian barriers, seating, decorative figures and lighting, a mailbox for children’s letters, an outdoor LED screen and event-support staff. The installations are to be provided at locations designated by the Council and removed by 7 January 2027; the estimated contract value is €95,000 excluding VAT.
