Periodic delivery and installation of furniture for the Ministry of Digital Affairs

Summary

Poland’s Ministry of Digital Affairs is procuring furniture and seating in two lots for 24 months, or until 31 December 2028 at the latest, with deliveries to its Warsaw locations made as orders are placed. Lot 1 covers executive and office furniture with installation; the basic quantities include, among other items, 40 electric desks, 10 standard desks, 40 desk pedestals and 20 coat stands. Lot 2 covers office and conference seating; the basic quantities include 50 swivel chairs, 20 conference chairs, 10 visitor chairs and 2 executive chairs. Additional quantities may be ordered under an option capped at PLN 96,000 gross in total: PLN 81,000 for Lot 1 and PLN 15,000 for Lot 2. Chairs are supplied without assembly.
