Automated Transformation of MUVD Data for Simulation

Summary

The Spanish Army is procuring a single-lot consultancy and technical assistance service to design, develop and implement an automated solution that converts MUVD geospatial data and associated terrain and surface elevation data into formats usable by TerraTools for generating 3D simulation terrain. The solution must run on the Army’s on-premises infrastructure and include the configured processing environment, software components, technical and functional documentation, test results and knowledge transfer. The implementation period is 60 days; the procurement budget is €100,000 excluding VAT (€121,000 including VAT).
