Visitor services and interpretation at the Valle del Porma and Torreón de Puebla de Lillo park centres, 2027–2028

Summary

The Fundación del Patrimonio Natural de Castilla y León is procuring a single, unloted service to operate and staff the Valle del Porma and Torreón de Puebla de Lillo park visitor centres through 31 December 2028, with an option to extend for up to 12 months. The service covers visitor reception and information, guided walks and environmental education, group visits, visitor statistics and reports, information materials, shop and vending operations, and centre cleaning and routine maintenance. The planned annual workload includes 1,728 basic public-opening hours, 645 hours for reserved groups and activities, 62 hours for reports and other authorised work, 48 hours for environmental volunteering, and 330 cleaning and maintenance hours over the contract.
