MATMUSA is procuring a single-lot service for museum and exhibition room supervision, visitor information and guided visits at tourist facilities, information at fairs and events, and facilitation of occasional workshops and activities. The estimated annual service volume is 4,162 hours: 2,430 hours in museum facilities, 1,028 hours at temporary exhibitions, 54 hours at tourist facilities, 150 hours at fairs and events, and 500 hours for workshops and activities. The initial term is two years, with an option to extend by one year; the budget for the initial term is €193,770.91 including VAT.
