Relocation of the Municipal Archive, Records and Office Furniture to the Cortijos de Marín Municipal Warehouse

Summary

Roquetas de Mar City Council is procuring the temporary relocation of its municipal archive, archive shelving and equipment, untransferred administrative records, and office furniture to the Cortijos de Marín municipal warehouse. Lot 1 covers dismantling, transporting and reinstalling the archive’s shelving equipment; Lot 2 covers moving archive and administrative records and office furniture, including packing and handling. The archive holds approximately 10,936 boxes and 2,958 books; administrative records not yet transferred to the archive are estimated at up to 1,400 linear metres. Archival processing, digitisation and the later return to the new town hall are excluded.
