Visitor services and nature interpretation at the La Nava and Campos de Palencia Park House, 2027–2028

Summary

The Natural Heritage Foundation of Castile and León is procuring a single, non-lotted service to operate and maintain the La Nava and Campos de Palencia Park House in Fuentes de Nava during 2027–2028. The work covers visitor reception and information, guided interpretation and environmental education, visitor reports and educational materials, basic cleaning and maintenance of the centre, and surveillance and maintenance of the La Nava lagoon and its surroundings. The annual workload includes 1,150 scheduled public-opening hours, 168 hours for reserved groups, 21 hours for reports and other authorised work, 12 hours for environmental volunteering, 148 hours for centre cleaning and maintenance, and at least 1,124 hours for lagoon maintenance and surveillance; the contract may be extended by up to 12 months.
